Our foundation signed the Project Cooperation Agreement with Xicheng District, Luohe City of Henan Province

On the afternoon of 2nd November, The President Mr.Zhang Yi and the Secretary General Mr.Zhang Zongwu attended the Xicheng District Investment Signing Promotion Meeting of Luohe City (Beijing). Mr.Zhou Jian, Secretary of the Working Committee of CPC, Mr.Ren Huigang, Vice Secretary of CPC Xicheng District Working Committee,Luohe, Director of Xicheng District Management Committee, Luohe, other staff from Xicheng District Merchants Department and Xicheng District Construction Investment Center, as well as representatives from Chinese enterprises also participated in this activity.
Dating back to 24th October, Mr.Zhang Yi has held the project seminar with Mr.Zhou Jian in Zhengzhou, during which the detailed investment situation ,construction structure and specific cooperation mode was learned and discussed, preliminary cooperation intention was achieved. In the Xicheng District Investment Signing Promotion Meeting, Mr.Zhang Yi signed the project cooperation agreement with Mr.Ren Huigang, which presents the deeper cooperation between both sides.

Mr.Zhang Yi pointed out that the Xicheng District is a rapidly developing area full of hope. We’d like to seize this momentum and involve ourselves into this tide. Our foundation now actively promote the progress of this project.The project planning paper has been released, elite team basically assembled, through which we intend to make Xicheng District, a central waterside town, to become a bright pearl of the central plains along the high speed railway.

Mr. Zhou Jian showed a warm welcome to the honored guests and said that Xicheng District is a newly urbanized areas full of vigor and vitality, not only represents the new business center, administrative and cultural center as well as transportation center,but also is the core area of Luohe city, a key contested area for enterprises. At present, Luohe city has a number of the fortune top 500 and China's top five hundred enterprises settled in. Country Garden, Evergrande Real Estate Group and Henan Water Conservancy Investment Group has settled their key projects into Xicheng District.The urban construction framework has basically formed, infrastructure construction almost completed, which primarily meet the conditions of regional development. He’d like to take this opportunity to demonstrate the construction plan of Xicheng District, and also welcome enterprises which are interested in this area to invest in Luohe city.

And then representatives from Suning.com, Yonghui Superstore, McDonald’s, Wanda Film, SPAO and Hollys Coffee successively expressed their opinions towards the plan and development of Xicheng District and had a heated discussion towards some specific projects. They would devote themselves to provide convenience and make contributions to the residents through pushing into local market.
At the meeting
Since cooperated with the Dongying Municipal Government of Shandong Province, this is anther important project we implemented with local government. We aim at playing our own advantages and integrating resources to help promote industrial development and city construction of Xicheng District, so as to make Xicheng District a bright pearl of the central plain.
